By signing up for an expedition, you’re saying you’re healthy enough, mentally stable enough, and free of anything that could hurt you or anybody else on the trip. We reserve the right to accept, reject, or delete any participant who does not meet these conditions, at our sole discretion.

Please let us know in writing when you make your reservation if you have any specific dietary needs, medical conditions, or treatments that need to be taken into consideration. Always remember to bring your prescription medications, whether for allergies or any other medical issues.

Our missions are only cancelled in two specific situations: when a severe weather warning is issued and when the Coast Guard denies us approval to travel. In the event of a cancellation, we always reschedule within the next two days. However, please note that if you opt to cancel within this rescheduling period, no refund will offered. It is crucial to have travel insurance that can cover any unexpected cancellations.

Please be advised that we will only provide a full refund if Isla Paraiso Expedition cancels the entire trip. If you decide to cancel your trip, a cancellation fee of 2,000 php will be applied. Additionally, if the notice of cancellation is received less than 15 days before your intended travel, 50% of your full money will be forfeited.

If you cancel your excursion within 3 days before the booked date, no refund will be granted. Furthermore, if you fail to show up for your scheduled departure, no reimbursements will be granted.
Rebooking is allowed up to 15 days before the schedule excursion date, subject to approval. Please note that a rebooking fee of 1,500 php will be levied for this service.

Individuals under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who is above the age of 21. A copy of the minor’s documentation must be produced, and a separate waiver must be signed before departure.
